Supported Living & Waiver Services

Center for Disability Services Supported Living     Program is a Level One and I/O Waiver provider.

Our Supported Living Program offers individualized personal support that enables individuals to maintain their independence.

Supported Living Services are provided by caring, dedicated, and specially trained staff that understand the specific needs of each individual and help them reach their goals.

¨ All employees undergo ten different background checks and drug and alcohol screenings.
¨ Ongoing in-depth training is completed with all employees which include:
    * CPR/ First Aid
    * Confidentiality
    * Crisis Intervention
    * Mental Health
    * Individual Rights
    * Individualized Training and Support
    * Behavior Support
    * And Many More
